BeniDEC offers a Painting, Decorating and Cleaning Service for all nationalities within the area it operates.
BeniDEC is a decorating service, in that, we offer more than just painting to our existing and future prospective customers. We also offer wallpaper hanging, specialist finishes and an interior design and technical service advice upon request.
Our wallpapering service, although not hugely preferred within the Mediteranean area, is growing rapidly. A full room, feature wall or mural effect, are available on request or you can order through our affiliated store and also take advice from our interior design service.
All colour co-ordinated and special effects such as Faux and Ibiza Style are available and BeniDEC can walk you through each internal decorating project, whatever your desire or requirements, we are here to offer a service.

The Cleaning Section is organised by Maria who has wide and varied experiences within the Customer Care and Service Industries.
The Cleaning Section offers everything here on the Costa Blanca, for the holiday home owner, to the full time resident, with regards to cleaning and domestic maintenance of your property. Examples of what we could offer you range from cleaning your home top to bottom once a week, or we could clean bi weekly, once a month or just a one off ad. hoc. Our Cleaning Packages are uniquely designed to suit each individual customer requirement.
Domestic cleans and housekeeping duties form part of what we can offer. In addition, if you have a property to rent or a holiday let, we can organise a cleaning, full laundry service and a full meet and greet package for your new arrivals.
For the homeowner why not let Maria organise a well stocked fridge on your arrival, no diversions from the airport to the supermarket, just arrive ´Home´ safe in the knowledge everything has already been taken care of.

For example, we can also arrange to accept delivery of furniture or kitchen appliances. We also offer a key holding service if you are absent for any length of time.
